Hey Upper East Siders, this just in.  S may very well have her own doppelganger.  Seems a certain Aussie actress looks awfully similar to our sweet Serena especially when they strike this “over the shoulder” pose in slinky LBD’s.  With the same golden locks, perfectly peachy skin, and ould Teresa Palmer be voted next year’s sexiest woman alive?
