Gift giving season is upon us. We’re already a few lit candles into our menorahs and the halls have been properly decked. So, now that you’ve decorated accordingly, it’s time to shop accordingly. This time of year, you will more likely than not be bombarded with lots of holiday party invites (the downfall of being so popular) and while your host(ess) is really just giddy to see your pretty face, your mom, Emily Post, and I would strongly encourage you not to show up empty handed. Sure, the standard bottle of wine will fly, but that half bottle of whiskey is just not going to cut it. Alright, so the man has warranted more than just a drink at the Standard before you move on and meet up with your friends (in hopes of meeting someone better). Lucky dog! Cupid and I hate to be pests, but there is no stopping the calendar. February 14th is on it’s way and whether or not you are choosing to ignore it, time marches on with or without you, my friend. Chances are that in the next week or two you will be attending some type of holiday party, dinner, or domestic gathering. Gift Guide: By the Numbers

We’re down to the wire, people. If you still have a few folks left on your list, chances are that you’ve either already spent all of your money on everyone else, or you were saving the best for last (wink, wink). Whatever the case may be, it can be completely overwhelming to walk into a crowded department store, let alone the internet, full of so much stuff that you don’t know where to even begin.
