Because we gotta… You may have missed Lady Gaga this evening seeing as she dressed to blend in with the blizzard swirling around the streets of NYC. Have no fear, we’ve got photos of her attending the amfAR event tonight at Cipriani 42nd Street (thanks to Rap Up) and accepting an award on Elton John’s behalf.  Honestly, I don’t know what to say.
