Setting the Mood: Dirty Pop

As mentioned, one of spring’s trends is that of wearable art. While New York is full of museums stocked to the gills with great works of art and fledgling artists fill downtown galleries with their first pieces of genius, not all of us can afford to cover our tiny apartments’ walls with masterpieces other than our own. And a step above Ikea prints are those replicas of the greats… hence the Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol prints on my own walls. Another way to get your culture on is to wear it with some of spring’s poppiest pieces.
