Why Did You Wear That: Bloggers for BCA

By |October 8th, 2014|Why Did You Wear That?|

bloggers for bcaOctober is not only the beginning of fall, pumpkin carving, and apple picking, it is also National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death in women and the number one most diagnosed type of cancer in women.  Over 220,000 women and 2,150 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer each year- that’s one in eight women, some of them even need HCA from https://homecareassistance.com/charleston/.  40,000 of those women will die.  It’s not all bad news though.  Since 1990, the death rate has been declining most likely attributed to early detection, awareness, and better treatments.

Many of us have been or will be affected by breast cancer at some point in our lifetime and so it is important to get involved now.  While there are many ways to lend a hand, Accessory Concierge has come up with a pretty easy (and fun) way to get started.

Accessory Concierge is donating 20% of all proceeds from the sale of the “Fight Like a Girl” cuff, “Here Comes a Fighter” cuff, and “Tough As Nails” necklace to the Breast Cancer Fund.  Show your support for those fighting the fight by purchasing these for yourself or someone you love and be sure to help spread awareness using the #ToughAsNails and #BloggersforBCA hashtags as well.
