One of my new finds this summer is the Gin Mule. You should give it a try.

2 oz Gin (Plymouth preferably)
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
5 mint leaves

Mix everything in a shaker and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Then top it off with Ginger beer (Regatta is the best. Reed's is a close second)

Sub vodka for gin and you've made yourself a Moscow Mule. If you want more ideas check out http://www.liqurious.com
